Processing Time: 2-10 business days ♡

Shipping: Untracked shipping via letter & tracked shipping options available. If you choose untracked, you agree that no refunds or replacements will be given in the case of lost mail.

Domestic Delivery: Delivery within Australia typically takes up to 10 business days (excluding processing time).

International Delivery: International orders may take up a month to arrive. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may occur.

UK & EU Customers: We are shipping to the UK and EU! However customers are responsible for any custom fees or import taxes as we do not collect VAT.

Refunds: All sales are final and generally we are unable to provide refunds or cancel your order. However please contact us if there are any issues!
